About the wine:
This wine is made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It has a light straw yellow colour with a vague, greenish tint. This is a pleasantly aromatic wine with aromas of gooseberries and tropical fruit like lime, pineapple, guava and passion fruit that fill the glass in a playful tone.
It is a lighter style, dry wine with fresh acidity and a lingering finish. This is a true summer delight and will be great with lighter dishes including salads and lightly seasoned white fleshed fish. At a braai, next to the pool or with food - this wine is truely versatile!
